60:40 — And This Is Why I’m Proud !!!

Today, our company stands at a 60% men and 40% women gender ratio. 🤝
Some may see that as just a statistic — I see it as progress. ✨
Because in finance, tech, and entrepreneurship, I’ve spent years sitting in rooms where women were either missing at decision-making tables … or present, but not truly heard.
Decisions moved fast. Voices were loud.
And most of those voices were male.
So when 40% of your workforce is women — not as interns or assistants, but as revenue leaders, strategists, and decision-makers — that’s not accidental. It happens when culture becomes a conscious choice. 🧠
I’ve watched women on my team walk into meetings unsure if their voice would land and walk out having shaped the outcome. I’ve seen them
💼 Negotiate & Close major client deals,
📊 manage financial responsibility, and
💪 lead strategy with a calm confidence that doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful.
And this goes beyond one organization.

Financial independence is not just income; it’s identity.
👨👩👧👦When women earn, they uplift families.
💰When women invest, they build generational wealth.
🚀 When women lead, they reshape industries.
This 60:40 ratio isn’t an HR metric — it’s a reflection of economic power and cultural change. 🌍
And honestly — I don’t believe the goal is 50:50.
The real goal?
Building workplaces where no one has to shrink, soften, or stay silent to belong - where ambition doesn’t need permission & where leadership has many voices — and all of them matter. 👩💼
I am grateful for the women in our organization who lead, challenge, and grow every single day.
And proud that we’re building a system where empowerment isn’t a slogan — it’s a lived experience. ✨
P.S. Some incredible women from our team aren’t in this photo — but their impact is definitely part of this story. 🤍
